摘要
目的:探讨非甾体类抗炎药氟比洛芬酯的临床应用是否合理。方法:统计分析2015年1-6月某院门急诊处方中氟比洛芬酯的使用情况。结果:氟比洛芬酯的临床应用涉及多个科室、多种疾病。本次点评发现78.9%的处方存在超说明书用药现象(其中,超适应证用药63.5%,超注意事项处方15.2%);结合国内外文献,判断其处方合理率为98.2%。结论:氟比洛芬酯在门急诊的应用总体合理,但也存在部分不合理之处,临床医生在使用时应注意其在胃肠道、心血管、肾功能等方面的不良反应,了解其在各种疾病中的镇痛机理,安全、合理使用非甾体类抗炎药。
OBJECTIVE To investigate whether clinical use of flurbiprofen axetil is rational.METHODS Use of flurbiprofen axetil in outpatients and emergency prescriptions were analyzed from January to June 2015.RESULTS Flurbiprofen axetil was used in different departments and against different diseases.Ratio of off-label use was 78.9%,including expanded indication of63.5%,expanded cautions of 15.2%.However,according to domestic and foreign literatures,rational ratio of prescription was98.2%.CONCLUSION Clinical use of flurbiprofen axetil in outpatients and emergency prescriptions is reasonable.Doctors should be careful for its ADRs in gastrointestinal tract,cardiovascular system and kidney,etc,and understand its mechanism to relieve pain in different diseases.
