摘要
目前工程上主要依据国标GB 10184—88《电站锅炉性能试验规程》附录K提供的方法对锅炉空气预热器的漏风率进行测算,然而该方法适用于传统的煤粉锅炉,对于煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉却不适用;此外,煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉还存在中储式制粉系统无法准确计量入炉煤量,从而影响到混合燃料特性的求取,以及空气预热器漏风率计算等难题。对此,提出通过迭代计算间接获得混合燃料特性,有效避免了直接计量入炉煤量带来的困难;同时,分析并得出了适用于煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉的空气预热器漏风率计算方法,其结果可为该类锅炉空气预热器的漏风测试提供参考。
Currently,in engineering,the calculation of air preheater leakage rate is mainly according to the method provided in the appendix K of GB10184—88Performance test code of utility boiler.This method is applicable to the conventional pulverized coal boiler,but it can not be used for the boiler mixedly burning pulverized coal and blast furnace gas(BFG).In addition,for the indirect-fired coal-storage pulverizing system,the amount of coal into the furnace can not be measured accurately,which can cause the difficulty in obtaining the mixed fuel properties and thus adversely affect the calculation of the air preheater leakage rate.Aimed at this problem,an iterative calculation scheme for solving the mixed fuel properties was proposed,to avoid the difficulties resulting from the direct measurement of coal into the furnace.The air preheater leakage rate calculation model that is suitable for boilers mixedly burning pulverized coal and BFG was put forward,and the results can provide references for air preheater leakage test of mixedly-burned boiler.
