摘要
泄漏检测是汽车工业生产中许多零部件质量保证的关键技术,为了适应大型自动化生产背景下的高精度快速检测,设计研发了一套常压快速检漏系统。该系统运用T-Guard氦浓度传感器的累积法检漏原理,配合抽真空系统、充氦系统、净化气体系统和电器控制系统等部分来实现高精度常压快速检漏。系统运行显示可以检测到泄漏率为10-10-5Pa·m3/s之间的漏点,检漏节拍小于1 min,在满足常压下检漏的同时,达到了检漏时间短、灵敏度高、效率能与生产线速度同步等要求,实现产品高精度的快速在线检测。
A novel techniquewas successfully developed,dedicated to the rapid leak detection of auto parts on industrial scale under ambient conditions. The original work involved T-Guard helium concentration sensor working in cumulative mode. The newly-developed leak detector mainly consists of a commercial T-Guard sensor,a He-gas tank,a low pressure chamber,a mechanical vacuum pump,a gas purifier and electronic control unit. The novel leakdetector was tested. The test results show that the leak detector is capable of rapidly detecting small leak of auto parts on production line. To be specific,a leak-rate in the 10- 2- 10- 5Pa·m3/ s range can be easily detected for a time shorter than 1 min. The technical advantages of the new leak detector include short detection time,reasonable detection sensitivity,high detection efficiency,ambient working conditions and possibility of leak-detection on production line of auto parts.
