摘要
为了提高汽车离合器主缸总成检测的准确性、精度及检测速度,改善现有检测设备检测型号单一的缺点,开发一种新型的可以检测多种型号的汽车离合器主缸密封性检测平台。该平台以可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制单元,用差压传感器检测压力的实时变化。实验结果表明:相比传统汽车离合器主缸密封性检测平台,该检测平台的检测型号由一种增加到多种,检测指标由单一指标扩大到畅通性、空行程和低压密封性能,通用性良好,检测效率提高了2~3倍。
A new type of testing platform which could be used to detect different types of automobile clutch master cylinder sealing with programmable logic controller( PLC) as control unit and differential pressure transducer for real-time detection of pressure was developed to improve the accuracy,precision and testing speed of gas trace leakage detection. The experimental data show that the testing platform can be used to detect three kinds of main cylinder,and can be used to detect smooth,air travel and low pressure sealing performance; the detection efficiency is improved 2 ~ 3 times compared with traditional testing methods.
