摘要
以3种不同分子结构的含氢硅氧烷组成加成型硅橡胶的交联剂体系,采用苯基乙烯基硅树脂为基础胶制备加成型硅橡胶,实验系统考察了几种不同交联剂体系对硅橡胶硫化过程及其光学、力学和热学性能的影响。结果表明,支链型含氢硅油和甲基苯基含氢硅树脂混合的交联剂体系是加成型硅橡胶的较佳交联剂。
The silicone rubber was synthesized by phenyl vinyl silicone and crosslinking agent system with three different molecular structures of hydrogen siloxane.The effect of different crosslinking agent system on vulcanization process and final product properties which included the optical properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties were investigated.The results showed that the crosslinking system mixed the branched phenyl methyl hydrogen silicone oil and phenyl methyl hydrogen silicon resin was the best for synthesizing silicone rubber.
