有机硅绝缘导热垫片表面黏性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以加成型液体有机硅树脂为黏接材料,填充无机绝缘导热填料氧化铝或氢氧化铝,通过加热固化制备有机硅绝缘导热垫片。重点研究填料填充量对导热垫片表面黏性的影响。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪表征无机填料粉体,采用测定剥离强度的方法来表征导热垫片与离型膜之间的粘接情况。结果表明,随着填料填充量的增加,剥离强度呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。经过进一步的分析测试发现,垫片与离型膜之间的剥离强度受垫片初黏性和弹性模量的共同影响。 Insulating thermal silicone pads were prepared by heating composition in which addition-type silicone res- ins were used as adhesive material and thermally conductive inorganic powders were used as fillers. The impact of filler loading level on surface stickiness of the pads was focused. Liquid nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to ana- lyse the structure and the functional groups content of silicone resins, and field emission scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer were used to characterize inorganic particles. The bonding condition between pad and release film was showed by peel strength. Results indicated that peel strength increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the filler loading level. Through the further study, we found that the peel strength was dictated by tack and elasticity modulus together which led to the variation trend of the peel strength.
