摘要
目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中恢复期认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 50例脑卒中恢复期认知功能障碍患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予脑卒中后常规康复训练,研究组在常规康复训练基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的认知功能。结果两组治疗前与治疗结束时洛文斯顿作业疗法认知量表(LOTCA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2个月,研究组LOTCA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规认知康复训练基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中恢复期认知功能障碍,能够显著提高患者的认知功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for cognitive dysfunction in stroke convalescence. Methods A total of 50 patients with cognitive dysfunction in stroke convalescence were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional post-stroke rehabilitation training, and the research group received additional repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Cognitive function was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA) between the two groups before and after treatment had no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the research group had much higher LOTCA score than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in addition to conventional cognitive rehabilitation training can improve cognitive function in patients with cognitive dysfunction in stroke convalescence. This method is worth clinical promotion.
