摘要
企业技术创新能力集中表现在知识创新能力,而企业要实现知识创新,必须向外部获取新的知识和技术,开展知识转移活动。企业发展处于一定的供应链系统之中,供应链之间的知识转移绩效将影响企业知识创新,从而影响企业的技术创新能力。本文围绕供应链知识转移与企业技术创新能力之间的关系分析供应链知识转移的影响因素,分别从供应链企业的知识转移主体、知识转移情景和知识转移媒介三个方面提出了企业技术创新能力的提升路径。
