摘要
行政管理是高校工作的重要组成部分,是学校正常运行和稳定发展的重要保证,其工作成效对高等学校的人才培养、科学研究和社会服务三大任务影响深刻。但是,高校行政管理人员普遍面临着不受重视、工作压力大、地位和收入不高、学习培训机会少、职业晋升空间不足、职业倦怠等职业困境。本文在分析上述职业困境的基础上,思考并提出了相应的对策以期解决这些存在的问题。
Administrative management, a crucial part of university work, is an important guarantee of the good running and stable development of the university. The work effectiveness of the administrative management plays a profound role in the three major tasks of the university, namely, personnel training, scientific research and social services. However, the administrative staffs in universities are generally facing many professional plights, such as no attention, stressful work, low social status and income, few opportunities of learning, training and career development, job burnout and so on. Based on the analysis of the above mentioned professional plights, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the hope of solving those existing problems.
