摘要
目的：探讨高频电凝电切术加注射肾上腺素、钛夹止血在大肠息肉治疗中的可行性。方法选择2011年10月至2013年10月收治的大肠息肉患者100例，将其随机分为两组，分别给予常规治疗和高频电凝电切术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果并进行比较。结果经统计和比较，观察组痊愈率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=8.23，P〈0.05）；治疗过程中及术后两组均未出现肠道穿孔等严重并发症，但观察组出血事件发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=9.11，P〈0.05）。结论临床治疗大肠息肉的时候采用高频电凝电切术加注射肾上腺素，钛夹止血方式可以获得良好的治疗效果，且安全性高，具有较强的应用可行性，值得推广。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of high frequency electrocision combined with epinephrine and titanium clip in the treatment of colorectal polyps. Methods One hundred patients with colorectal polyps from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected,and they were ranclomly divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional therapy and polypectomy. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that of the control group（χ^2 = 8. 23,P〈 0. 05）. There were no severe complication such as intestinal perforation appeared in the course of treatment or after operation of the two groups,but the incidence of bleeding events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ χ^2 = 9. 11,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Clinical treatment of colorectal polyps,high frequency electrocoagulation resection combined with epinephrine and titanium clip can obtain good therapeutic effect,with high safety and strong feasibility,which is worthy of promotion.
