摘要
目的:探讨高频电凝电切治疗消化道息肉的疗效。方法:对本院2011年6月-2013年6月内镜下发现的食道、胃、大肠息肉227例(共301颗息肉),应用圈套器圈套后通过高频电凝电切仪进行内镜下切除,并随访观察分析疗效。结果:本组电凝电切227例,共301颗息肉,其中仅1例(1颗息肉)残根血管断端大出血行外科手术治疗止血,余息肉均一次性切除,无1例发生迟发性出血及穿孔等并发症。结论:高频电凝电切术在治疗消化道息肉方面是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得推广。
Objective：To study curative effect of the high frequency electric coagulation electric cutting in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Method：From June 2011 to June 2013,227 cases of stomach,colon polyps（a total of 301 polyps）found under endoscopy of the esophagus,were treated with high frequency electric coagulation electric cutting machine for endoscopic resection after the application of snare trap,and curative effect was obsered. Result：Electric coagulation electric cut 227 cases,a total of 301 polyps,only 1 case（1 polyps）residual root vascular surgical treatment in massive hemorrhage of hemostatic broken end,else polyps were one-time resection,1 case was not occurred late complications such as bleeding and perforation. Conclusion：High frequency electric coagulation electric cut method is a safe and effective method in the treatment of digestive tract polyps,it is worth promoting.
