摘要
目的对上海浦东国际机场饮用水系统进行危害分析,进一步提高国境口岸饮用水卫生监督工作水平。方法采用危害分析与关键控制点(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point,HACCP)原理,对供水系统进行全面的危害分析并识别出关键控制点,提出针对性的控制措施建议。结果上海浦东国际机场饮用水系统的关键控制点包括蓄水设施、清洗消毒、管网设施、人员管理四类。结论制定针对性的饮用水卫生安全HACCP计划,可以提高国境口岸饮用水卫生监督水平。
Objective To analyze the hazard of drinking water supply system of Shanghai Pudong international airport(PVG),and to improve the hygiene supervision of water supply in frontier ports. Methods A comprehensive hazard analysis of the water supply system was completed refered to the principle of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP). The critical control points(CCPs) had been identified,and some targeted control measures had been put forward. Results The CCPs of water supply system in PVG were divided into four categories :storage facilities,cleaning and disinfection,network facilities and personal management. Conclusion HACCP plan could improve the hygiene supervision of supplied water in frontier ports.
