摘要
高等教育要在尊重学生个体差异的前提下满足学生的求知欲,通过挖掘学生的潜能来提升学生适应社会的能力,实现学生的个体价值,以此向社会输送符合时代需求的优质人才。这就需要树立与之相适应的高等教育管理理念。本文在借鉴现代西方人本主义思想的基础上,通过对以人为本高等教育管理理念的价值内涵、理论要素及实践要素进行探讨后认为,树立以人为本高等教育管理理念至关重要。
Higher education should satisfy the students＇ thirst for knowledge under the premise of respecting the individual differences of students,and enhance students＇ ability to adapt to the society by tapping the potential of the students,in order to realize individual evaluation and delivery high quality talents who meet the needs of times to the society.This needs to establish the higher education management idea which adapts with it.This article,based on drawing lessons from the modern western humanism thought,through analyzing the value connotation,theoretical elements and practical elements of people oriented concept of higher education management,thinks that it＇s necessary to establish people oriented concept of higher education management.
