摘要
文章对现代高校管理工作进行多层次解构,从"建构主体"、"文化定位"和"决策发展"等三个方面挖掘其价值对称点,进而对未来高校管理"以人为本"价值进行延伸思考,以此反思管理决策,服务"以人为本"理念创新及行为研究。总之,在高校管理中融入"以人为本"理念,是现代教育理念的价值具体化,更加切合教育"育人"的功能。
This paper is intended to make a multi - level deconstruction of modem university management work, reveal its symmet- rical point of value from three aspects of "the subject of construction" ," the orientation of culture" and "the development of decision", and then think extendedly about the value of "people - oriented" in future university management to reflect the previous management decision and serve to the concept innovation and practice study of "people -oriented". In a word, integrating the "people -oriented" concept into university management is the materialization of the value of modem education concept and especially corresponds with the educational function of "educating people".
