摘要
本文介绍南京市按病种付费特点,从实践角度阐述了按病种付费方式能够有助于激励医院加强医疗质量管理;促进医院健全成本核算体系,找出成本控制的重点,从而降低经营成本,提高医院的经济效益;促进医院标准化管理和医院信息系统建设,提高管理效率;促进医院完善病案管理的规范;促进了医院医保管理水平的提升,寻找更加科学的费用管理方法。
The article describes the characteristics of using Diagnosis-related Groups（DRGs） in Nanjing. From a practical perspective, DRGs can motivate hospitals to strengthen the management of medical service quality, promote the construction of sound cost accounting system, identify the focus of cost control, therefore to reduce operating costs and to increase economic effi ciency of the hospitals. It can also promote the standardizing of hospital management and the building of hospital information system, improve management effi ciency, impel hospital to improve medical records management and enhance the management level of health insurance, and seek a more scientifi c method for insurance fund management.
