摘要
总结了我国现行的按服务项目、服务单元、人头和总额预付等基本医疗保险费用结算办法中存在的问题和弊端;论述和分析了 DRGs医疗保险费用支付方式在国际上的应用情况及其在保证基本医疗保险费用准确支付和控制医疗费用不合理支出等方面发挥的积极作用; 对DRGs在我国的应用前景进行了展望。
The article compared the problems and weaknesses among the fee for service, capitation, fee for unit and globe budget and reviewed the application of DRGs in abroad. The advantages of DRGs for medical expenditure control and medical insurance fund exact payment were analyzed. Finally, the application and its development in China was expected.
