摘要
目的:研究不同生长年限西洋参不同部位中氨基酸含量差异。方法:采用微波消解法水解西洋参粉得到氨基酸,以异硫氰酸苯酯(PITC)为柱前衍生试剂,采用HPLC法进行氨基酸含量测定。结果:3年生西洋参较其它年份西洋参中氨基酸含量少,3年后西洋参中各氨基酸含量逐年增加;西洋参不同部位中,须根的氨基酸含量最多,主根的氨基酸含量最少。结论:不同年限西洋参中氨基酸呈"V"字型增长;西洋参不同部位氨基酸含量也存在差异,须根中最多,主根中最少。
Objective: To study on the content of amino acid in different parts of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii in different growing years. Methods: The amino acid was obtained by hydrolyzing Radix Panacis Quinquefolii powder through microwave digestion method, and the amino acid content was determined by high performance liquid phase(HPLC) method with phenyl isothiocyanate(PITC) as pre-column derivatization reagent. Results: The content of amino acid of 3-year-old Radix Panacis Quinquefolii was lower than that of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii in other years, and the content of amino acid increased year after year from the beginning of 3 years. As far as the different parts of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii were concerned,the content of amino acid in the fibrous root was the most while in the axial root was the least. Conclusion: The content of amino acid of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii in different growing yearsshowed a ‘V' shape growth trade, and difference was found on the content of amino acid in different parts of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii that fibrous root was the most while the axial root was the least.
