摘要
为从临床干预方法角度来分析俞募配穴法的研究进展,以"俞募配穴法"为主题词检索中国核心期刊网络出版总库(至2015年8月),共得到文献200篇,筛选后纳入30篇。分析纳入文献发现干预方法主要有单纯针刺法、以针刺为主的配伍法(针刺与火罐、药物、耳穴、灸法配合)、电针法、穴位埋线法、电波理疗法5个方面。文章明确5个方面对俞募配穴法临床疗效的影响,对于改进临床干预方法、提高临床疗效具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the advances on back-shu and front-mu acupoints combination from the perspective of clinical intervention methods.Methods:Two hundred records were retrieved after searching China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(till August 2015) with ‘back-shu and front-mu acupoints combination' as the keyword and 30 studies were included.Results:The intervention methods in back-shu and front-mu points combination mainly were simple acupuncture method, compatibility with acupuncture methods(acupuncture combined with cupping, herbal medicine, auricular points, and moxibustion), electroacupuncture method, acupoints embedding method, and wave physiotherapy.Conclusion:Five aspects affect the clinical efficacy of back-shu and front-mu acupoints combination were figured out, which has the important meaning for improving the clinical intervention method and the clinical curative effect.
