摘要
目的 :探讨肥胖高血压患者肿瘤坏死因子 α( TNF- α)、胰岛素、糖、脂肪等代谢紊乱的特征。方法 :测定 30例肥胖高血压患者及 30例正常人的血清 TNF- α、胰岛素、血脂、血糖及人体测量指标。结果 :肥胖高血压组患者的血清 TNF- α、TG、INS、FBS显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,HDL、ISI显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :肥胖高血压患者多伴有糖、脂质代谢紊乱。TNF- α与胰岛素抵抗及代谢高血压发病密切相关。
Objective: To investigate serum TNF-α change in patients with obesity-related hypertension and the correlation between TNF-α and insulin ,glucose and lipid metabolic disorder. Methods: Serum TNF-α, fasting insulin, fasting blood sugar (FBS) and lipid were tested and anthropometric parameters were measured in 30 patients with obesity-related hypertension. 30 normal subjects matched for age and sex. Results: obesity-related hypertension patients had higher serum TNF-α, FBS, fasting insulin,TG as compared with normal subjects(P<0.01),HDL and ISI were lower (P<0.01). Conclusion: Obesity-related hypertension patients often had insulin resistance,sugar and lipid metabolic disorder. TNF-α was correlated with insulin resistance and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of obesity related hypertension.
