摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对冰雪运动进校园的现状进行整理研究,发现研究者主要从冰雪运动的发展,冰雪运动进高校、中小学校园,冰雪运动进校园的制约因素,冰雪运动进校园的策略以及冰雪运动后备人才培养等方面进行研究。研究结果表明:我国冰雪运动呈现跨越式发展;冰雪运动逐渐进入高校以及中小学校园;在国家的大力支持下探索冰雪运动进校园的策略;同时诸多因素制约着冰雪运动进校园;采取跨项选拔,开展以'冰雪运动'为主题的体育活动来储备后备人才,并针对当前的研究现状提出加大对原有冰雪运动项目的整合、改造与创新,借鉴国外冰雪运动后备人才培养、冰雪运动进校园的发展经验等策略的研究。提出加大校园冰雪政策的执行力度,落实校园冰雪运动的开展等相应的建议,以期普及冰雪运动,发展冰雪产业,落实条件保障,努力实现我国冰雪运动跨越式发展。
This paper studies the current situation of ice and snow sports into the campus by means of literature and logic analysis.It is found that the researchers mainly from the development of ice and snow sports,ice and snow sports into colleges,primary and secondary schools,ice and snow sports into the campus constraints,snow and ice sports research on the strategy of entering the campus and the training of snow and ice reserve talents.The research results show that China’s ice and snow sports have developed by leaps and bounds;ice and snow sports have gradually entered colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools;with the support of the state,the strategy of snow and ice sports into the campus is explored;at the same time,many factors restrict the movement of ice and snow into the campus;We will carry out sports activities such as'ice and snow sports'to reserve reserve talents,and propose to increase the integration,transformation and innovation of the original snow and ice sports in light of the current research status,and learn from the training of foreign ice and snow reserve talents and ice and snow sports entering campus,such as the study of strategies.Increase the implementation of the campus ice and snow policy,implement the corresponding recommendations of the campus ice and snow sports,in order to popularize the snow and ice sports,develop the ice and snow industry,implement the conditions guarantee,and strive to achieve the leaping of China’s ice and snow sports development of.
