摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒联合辛伐他汀治疗心律失常的临床疗效,探讨其对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平和血脂的影响。方法选取2013年6月—2015年6月湘潭县人民医院收治的心律失常患者106例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组患者予以辛伐他汀治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以稳心颗粒治疗;两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清hs-CRP水平、血脂指标〔低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)〕、室性期前收缩发生频率、ST段压低持续时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者室性期前收缩发生频率、ST段压低持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者室性期前收缩发生频率低于对照组,ST段压低持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论稳心颗粒联合辛伐他汀治疗心律失常的临床疗效确切,可有效降低血清hs-CRP水平,改善血脂代谢,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of wenxin grannle combined with simvastatin on arrhythmia,to explore the impact on serum hs-CRP level and blood lipids. Methods A total of 106 patients with arrhythmia were selected in the People＇s Hospital of Xiangtan County from June 2013 to June 2015,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, each of 53 cases. Patients of control group received simvastatin after admission,while patients of observation group received wenxin grannle combined with simvastatin; both groups continuously treated for 4 weeks. Clinical effect,serum hs-CRP level,blood liquids index（ including LDL-C and HDL-C）,attack frequency of ventricular premature contraction and duration of ST- segment depression before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant differences of serum hs-CRP level was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while serum hs-CRP level of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant differences of LDL-C or HDL-C was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment, LDL-C of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,while HDL-C of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant differences of attack frequency of ventricular premature contraction or duration of ST- segment depression was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment, attack frequency of ventricular premature contraction of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,and duration of ST-segment depression of observation group was statistically significantly shorter than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. No one of the two groups occurred any serious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Wenxin grannle combined with simvastatin has certain clinical effect in treating arrhythmia,can effectively reduce the serum hs-CRP level,adjust the blood lipids,and is safe.
