摘要
目的：评价国内中西医结合治疗丹毒的临床试验状况,为中西医结合治疗丹毒的系统评价奠定基础。方法：以＂丹毒＂＂流火＂＂中西医结合＂＂随机对照＂为中文检索词,＂erysipelas＂＂Traditional Chinese Medicine＂＂Randomized Controlled Trial＂＂RCT＂为英文检索词,通过计算机检索和手动检索获得发表的中西医结合治疗丹毒的临床文献156篇,按照中国循证医学中心/Cochrance手册推荐的标准分析评价每一篇文献。结果：数据整理与筛选,纳入本评价的中西医结合治疗丹毒的RCT文献共27篇。27篇文献中,有25篇以有效率和治愈率作为疗效判定标准,5篇观察了治愈时间,3篇采用了治疗前后症状评分的变化作为指标,8篇报道了随访0.5-2.0 a的复发率,只有1篇提及无不良反应,没有1篇以不良事件的发生率作为观察指标。结论：中西医结合治疗丹毒的临床随机对照研究（RCT）质量需待提高,以此为进一步开展系统评价提供必要的前提依据。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical experiment condition of treating erysipelas by using combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ,and lay the foundation for systematic review of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and West- ern medicine in treating erysipelas. Methods ：＂ erysipelas＂ ＂leg erysipelas＂ ＂Combination of traditional Chinese and western medi- cine＂ and ＂ randomized controlled＂ were regarded as Chinese search words;＂ erysipelas leg erysipelas Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ and ＂Randomized Controlled Trial＂ ＂ RCT＂ were regarded as English search words. By using computer search and man- ual search, 156 published clinical articles about erysipelas treated with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medi- cine were acquired. Then each article was analyzed and evaluated according to the standard of the Handbook （Cochrance） recom- mended by Chinese evidence-based medicine center. Results：After sorting and filtering data,27 articles about erysipelas treated with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were chosen. Among of them,25 articles regarded the effective rate and the cure rale as the evaluation standard,5 of them observed the cure time;3 of them regarded as changes of symptomatic score before and after the treatment,8 reported the recurrence rate ＇after following up for half year or even two years;l mentioned no adverse reactions;but none of them regarded the incidence rate of adverse events as the observation index. Conclusion：The clinical RCT quality of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating erysipelas needs further impro- ving in order to provide necessary proof for the following systematic evaluation.
