摘要
目的:观察降黄合剂Ⅱ号治疗慢性乙型肝炎所致重度黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎所致重度黄疸患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西医综合疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服降黄合剂Ⅱ号。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分变化情况及治疗前后肝功能改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为76.67%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肝功能指标改善情况优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降黄合剂Ⅱ号能明显改善慢性乙型肝炎所致重度黄疸患者主要症状及肝功能情况,提高临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianghuang Mixture Ⅱ（JHMⅡ ） on severe jaundice due to chronic hepatitis B. Methods：Sixty patients with severe jaundice due to chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine compre- hensive treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added JHM Ⅱ based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects, the changes of symptoms score and liver function improvement before, and after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 76. 67%, while that of the treatment group was 96. 67% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were obvinusly reduced than before the treatment ;the treatment group was better than the control group;And the differ- ence between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the liver function index improvement the two groups were obviously better than before the treatment;the treatment group was better than the control group;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：JHM Ⅱ can sigaificantly improve the major symptoms and liver function of patients with severe jaundice due to chronic hepatitis B,and enhance the clinic~ curative effect.
