摘要
目的观察中医外洗方(湿疹一号方)以及该方结合相关护理干预治疗妊娠期湿疹的临床效果。方法根据统计学的随机分配原则将200例病例分为两组,120例采用我院自制的外洗方(湿疹一号方)外洗治疗为治疗组,80例采用艾叶外洗治疗为对照组。另外将120例治疗组再次分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组60例在采用湿疹一号方外洗的基础上给予相应的护理干预,对照组60例仅以湿疹一号方外洗,分别比较治疗组和对照组对妊娠期湿疹的治疗效果。结果两组的比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两个治疗组的效果均明显优于对照组。结论我院自制的湿疹一号方治疗妊娠期湿疹疗效显果著,且配合有效的护理干预治疗效果更佳,且方法安全、方便、经济,能够很好地服务于临床。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external washing treatment （ eczemaⅠprescription ） combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of eczema in pregnancy. Method According to the random distribution principle of statistics, 200 cases were divided into two groups. The treatment group of 120 cases used external washing treatment （ eczemaⅠprescription） . The control group of 80 cases of used external washing of argy wormwood leaf. The 120 patients were again divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group of 60 cases was given the corresponding nursing intervention based on the external washing of eczemaⅠprescription. The control group of 60 cases used external washing of eczemaⅠprescription. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Result The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）, and the therapeutic effect of the two treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion EczemaⅠprescription in the treatment of eczema in pregnancy had significant curative effect, and the better therapeutic effect was obtained combined with the effective nursing intervention. And the method is safe, convenient and economical, and can be well served in clinical practice.
