摘要
目的:观察糠酸莫米松乳膏联合丝塔芙保湿露治疗婴儿特异性皮炎的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年12月笔者科室收治的96例特异性皮炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组:予以糠酸莫米松乳膏均匀涂抹患处,2次/天;观察组:每次糠酸莫米松乳膏涂抹15min后,予以丝塔芙保湿露涂抹,2次/天。1周为1个疗程,评价两组患儿症状积分、临床疗效、患儿[婴儿特异性皮炎生活质量指数(IDQOL)]及其家庭[婴儿特异性皮炎家庭生活影响指数(DFI)]生活质量,随访3个月,记录两组复发率。结果:治疗后,两组患儿皮损形态、瘙痒、皮损面积及症状总积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(97.92%)显著高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05);两组IDQOL评分及DFI评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率(2.08%)显著低于对照组(18.75%)(P<0.05)。结论:在糠酸莫米松乳膏用药基础上,联合丝塔芙保湿露治疗婴儿特异性皮炎,可有效减轻患儿症状、提高临床疗效,且有利于改善患儿及家庭生活质量,减少复发率。
Objective To observe the effects of mometasone furoate cream combined with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion in infant atopic dermatitis.Methods A total of 96 children patients with atopic dermatitis admitted from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random envelope method,48 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given mometasone furoate cream evenly applied externally to the affected area twice daily,Patients in observation group were applied externally with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion after 15 min of mometasone furoate cream,1 week as one course of treatment.The symptoms scores,clinical efficacy,and quality of life of children patients[Infantspecific Dermatitis Quality of Life Index(IDQOL)]and quality of life of their families[Infant-specific Dermatitis Family Life Impact Index(DFI)]were evaluated after the end of treatment.At 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of eczema was recorded in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of skin lesion morphology,pruritus and skin lesion area,and total symptom score of the two groups were both significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptoms scores and total symptom score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(97.92%vs 83.33%)(P<0.05).The IDQOL score and DFI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the IDQOL score and DFI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(2.08%vs 18.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of mometasone furoate cream,combination of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion for infant atopic dermatitis can Significantly reduce the symptoms of children patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and help improve the quality of life of children patients and their families,and reduce the recurrence rate of eczema.
