摘要
血管生成素样蛋白4(angiopoietin-like protein 4,ANGPTL4)是近年来发现的一种新的分泌型糖蛋白,它与脂代谢、血管生成、肿瘤以及其他代谢性疾病等密切相关。有研究显示ANGPTL4在糖尿病性眼病的发展过程中起了重要的作用,而且有望成为治疗缺血性视网膜病变的重要靶向因子。本文就ANGPTL4的生物学特性及其在糖尿病视网膜病变中可能存在的作用与机制进行探讨,为糖尿病视网膜病变机制的研究提供新的思路。
Angiopoietin-like 4（ ANGPTL4） has been found as a new secreted glycoprotein in recent decade. ANGPTL4 exhibit multibiological properties,including established functional roles in lipid metabolism,angiogenesis,tumor and other metabolic disorders. Recent research shows that ANGPTL4 promote vascular permeability and may therefore play a role in the pathogenesis of diabetic eye disease,and ANPTL4 may be a potential therapeutic target for ischemic retinopathy. This article reviews the main features and effects of ANGPTL4 on diabetic retinopathy to support the research of pathogenesis hypothesis of diabetic retinopathy.
