摘要
对国网公司颠覆性创新技术评价是国网公司技术创新评价领域中的重要环节。首先对国网公司电力能源领域中极可能出现的颠覆性创新技术进行了备选分析,基于调研对其颠覆性创新技术的符合性进行识别;对于公司颠覆性创新水平等级进行了科学合理的划分,并依据等级水平制定合理的应对措施;在广泛调研的基础上,构建了国网公司颠覆性创新技术评价指标体系;结合突变理论构建国网公司颠覆性创新技术指标评估模型。最后,通过实例分析,得出其颠覆性创新水平评估结果并进行分析,验证了该模型的正确性,并提出了提高技术创新水平的措施。
Evaluation on disruptive innovation technology is an important part of in the field of techniques innovation evaluation in State Grid Corporation.Firstly ,this paper analyzes some disnlptive innovation technologies that are likely to occur in energy sector of State Grid Corporation, identifies the compliance of disnlptive innovation technologies based on tan＇led-out research. And then,a rational division of disruptive innovation level is made in companies. At the same time,some reasonable response measures are developed based on the grade level. On the basis of extensive resealx＇h,a disruptive technology innovation evaluation index system is buih in State （.;rid Corporation. Combined with catastrophe theory,an indicato~ assess model on disruptive innovation technology of State Grid Corporalion is built. Finally, the result of disruptive innovation level evaluation is obtained through case analysis. The validity of the model is verified and some measures to improve the level of technological innovation are proposed.
