联合风险投资对被投企业绩效的影响机理——基于领投公司控制权与网络位置视角被引量：3

摘要联合风险投资为被投企业带来比独立投资更多的回报,联合风险投资中领投公司发挥了重要作用。本文基于控制权与网络位置的视角,探析领投公司控制权特征和网络结构特质对被投企业绩效的影响机理。研究表明:联合风险投资中领投公司为控制权主导方且网络位置占优则对被投企业绩效有显著正向影响。
