摘要
目的建立一种能确保仲裁法测定碘盐碘含量准确性的质控方法。方法通过控制NaClO浓度范围,利用N,N-二乙基对苯二胺(DPD)控制样品溶液中的NaClO残留,并测定质控样碘含量,来对碘盐碘含量测定结果进行质控。结果应用改进后的质控方法能有效控制NaClO浓度在0.35%~2.48%之间;利用DPD能有效控制样品溶液中NaClO的最大残留量为2×10^(-9) mol/L;既能对碘盐碘含量测定结果进行有效的质控,又能准确地判定引起测定值异常的原因。结论该方法既方便、快捷和实用,又能保证碘盐碘含量测定结果的准确性,是一种行之有效的质控方法。
[Objective]To establish a quality control method which can ensure the accuracy of the determination results of iodine content in iodized salt by the arbitration method.[Methods]The quality control for the detected results of iodine content in iodized salt was applied through controlling NaClO concentration range,controlling NaClO residues in sample solution by DPD and detecting the iodine content of the quality control sample.[Results]The improved quality control method can effectively control the concentration of NaClO between 0.35%-2.48%,and the maximum residue of NaClO in the sample solution was 2 ×10^(-9) mol/L after controlling by DPD.The method can effectively control the determination results of iodine content in iodized salt and accurately determine the cause of the abnormal determination results.[Conclusion]This method is convenient,fast and practical to ensure the accuracy of the detected results of iodine content in iodized salt,and it is an effective method of quality control.
