Determination of iodine in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with Dilute Ammonia Solution

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定尿中碘含量的方法。方法:采用稀氨水稀释尿样,用115In作在线内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)全定量法测定尿样中的碘。结果:方法检出限为0.78 ng/m l,回收率在86%-104%,相对标准偏差0.86%-3.61%,实际样品的分析结果和国标法没有显著性差别,测定GBW 09110k,GBW 09109 e标准参考物质中碘的含量,测定值均在标示值范围内。结论:方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于大批量尿样中碘的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of iodine in urine by ICP-MS.Methods: Urine were diluted to 1∶ 10 with 1% Ammonia Solution.Indium was used as on-line internal standard to correct matrix effects and the drift of analytical signals,and the contents were calculated by calibration curves.Results: The detection limits were 0.78 ng/ml,Recoveries were 86%~104%,RSD were 0.86%~3.61%.The results of analyzing samples were the same as using national standard method.The determination mean values for the certified GBW09110k and GBW09109e reference materials were within a permissible error range of the certified values.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate.Therefore,it can be used for the determination of iodine in urine.
