摘要
实行家庭医生(GP)制度是英国NHS获得成功的一个重要因素。通过简要分析英国GP制度的特点,获得对我国医改分级诊疗的启示,必须加强顶层设计,制定全国统一的医师准入标准,重视对患者需求的有效梳理和引导,寻求社会诚信,从而提升整个医疗服务体系的效率。
The promotion of the system of general practitioners（ GP） is one of the most important reasons that NHS has succeed in Britain. Characters of GP system in Britain have been reviewed. The enlightenment from GP system in Britain to the medical reform in China is to strengthen the top-level design,and to emphasize the guidance of healthcare demand from the patients to reduce the blindness in seeking treatment,and to improve the whole efficiency of healthcare system.
