摘要
目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利联合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2014年4月—2015年4月收治的100例慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各50例。对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。疗程结束后,对2组患者的疗效、健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)量表评分及焦虑抑郁评分进行比较。结果:观察组患者总有效率为94.0%(47/50),明显高于对照组的74.0%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者SF-36量表评分为(87.7±3.1)分,对照组为(68.3±4.0)分,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗2周时的焦虑抑郁评分为(8.9±1.4)分,治疗4周时为(6.1±2.0)分,与对照组的(9.5±1.1)、(8.6±1.7)分比较,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利联合治疗慢性胃炎疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen combined with rabeprazole and mosapride in treatment of chronic gastritis.METHODS：100 patients with chronic gastritis admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Apr.2014 to Apr.2015 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table,with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with rabeprazole and mosapride,while the observation group additionally received flupentixol and melitracen based on the control group.After treatment,the efficacy,SF-36 modified rankin scale and anxiety depression score were compared between two group of patients.RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group was 94.0%（47 /50）,significantly higher than that of control group[74.0%（37 /50） ],with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The SF-36 modified rankin scale of observation group was（87.7 ± 3.1） scores,and control group was（68.3 ± 4.0） scores,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Meanwhile,in observation group,the anxiety depression score was（8.9 ± 1.4） scores after treatment of two weeks and（6.1 ± 2.0） scores after treatment of four weeks;compared with those in control group（9.5 ± 1.1） scores and（8.6 ± 1.7） scores,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：The efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen combined with rabeprazole and mosapride in treatment of chronic gastritis is definite,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
