摘要
目的观察莫沙必利联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌导致功能性消化不良效果。方法随机选择2018年1月至2019年12月至我院进行治疗的HP阳性的功能性消化不良患者120例,对照组60例给予常规四联疗法治疗。观察组60例在此基础上给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片,均为4周,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、临床疗效、HP根除率以及胃运动功能。结果治疗后观察组患者症状评分低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率和HP根除率分别为96.67%,85.00%,均高于对照组86.67%,70.00%;对照组治疗后观察组T、F、△A/A、GC均优于对照组。结论莫沙必利联合四联疗法治疗HP阳性功能性消化不良具有良好的临床效果,同时能够显著缓解患者临床症状,提高HP根除率,改善患者胃运动功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Mosapride combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia caused by Helicobacter pylori.Methods 120 cases of HP positive functional dyspepsia patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The control group was given conventional quadruple therapy.On this basis,the observation group was given mosapride citrate tablets for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,clinical efficacy,HP eradication rate and gastric motility function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and HP eradication rate of the observation group were 96.67%and 85.00%,respectively,which were higher than 86.67%and 70.00%of the control group.After treatment,the T,F,△A/A and GC of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion Mosapride combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP positive functional dyspepsia has good clinical effect,improve the eradication rate of HP,and improve the gastric motility function of patients.
