宽口扇形孔射流气膜冷却效率研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了揭示宽口扇形孔射流提高冷却效率的机理,采用商业软件及k-ε模型对吹风比为0.5,1.0,1.5和2.0的宽口扇形孔射流气膜冷却效率进行了数值模拟及分析。结果表明:宽口扇形孔射流有效地增加了冷气径向覆盖范围,冷气和燃气掺混后的流场相比于圆柱孔射流流场更有利冷气贴附于壁面,其冷却效率明显高于圆柱孔射流冷却效率;宽口扇形孔射流在吹风比为1.0,1.5和2.0时的冷却效率差别较小,且均明显大于吹风比为0.5时的冷却效率。 The film cooling performance of fanned hole with broad outlet was numerically investigated by Fluent software and model.The kidney-shaped vortex structure at the various blowing rations(0.5,1.0,1.5and 2.0)was focused on.The numerical results show that,the fan shaped hole jet effectively increases the radial coverage of the cooling air.Compared with the injection field of the cylindrical hole,the cold air and gas mixed field is more helpful for the cold air adhering to the wall,and its film cooling effectiveness is higher than that of the cylindrical hole injection.The film cooling effectiveness at blowing ratios of 1.0,1.5and 2.0has small difference,and they are all obviously higher than the film cooling effectiveness at blowing ratio of 0.5.
