摘要
通过用高强双快高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥按一定比例复合后,极大程度上加快了普通硅酸盐水泥的水化反应速率;使复合后形成的水泥基发泡保温板的脱模时间大大缩短,早期强度明显提高,后期强度持续增长,完全解决了普通硅酸盐水泥发泡保温板容易开裂的问题。在相同干密度的前提下,分别对比了不同复合比例浆体流动度、脱模时间及各龄期的抗压强度,最终确定了高强双快高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥以40%∶60%比例复合后,干密度为180 kg/m^3时,抗压强度最高,1 d为0.33 MPa,28 d为0.57 MPa,脱模时间:3 h,导热系数为0.054 W/(m·K),完全达到建材行业标准并满足工业化生产的需要,为最优复合比例。

K ) ,fully meet JC and the needs of industrial production.
