摘要
玻化微珠发泡保温板是一种新型保温材料,导热系数低是保温板的一大优势,而水泥发泡能明显降低保温板的导热系数。通过在玻化微珠一水泥浆体中添加双氧水来观察发泡高度以此确定双氧水的最佳掺量,又通过对比有无添加剂来研究水泥发泡效果和时间,再通过添加剂的掺量来研究水泥浆体的发泡时间。研究结果表明:当环境温度是25℃时,每10kg水泥,0.7kg玻化微珠中,水灰比是0.46时,双氧水掺量是80~100g,添加剂掺量是50-60g时,水泥发泡高度比较高,发泡效果较好,发泡时间约是水泥的初凝时间,对降低水泥的导热系数很有利。
Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead foaming board is a new type of insulation material,low thermal conductivity is its big advantage, and foaming cement can reduce the thermal conductivity of foam insulation board. In this experiment, by adding hydrogen peroxide in the glazed hollow bead - cement paste to determine the best content of hydrogen peroxide, then to study the effect of cement foam and time by the presence or absence of additives ,finally by adding additives to study the foaming time of cement paste.The results show that when the temperature is 25 ~C, cement content is 10kg, glazed hollow bead content is 0.7 kg, the hydrogen peroxide content is 80-100 g,and additives dosage is 50-60 g,the cement foam height is higher,the effect of foaming cement is better,foaming time is about the initial setting time of cement, while it is useful to reduce the thermal conductivity.
