摘要
生态环境质量评价研究是目前地理学热点研究领域之一。河北省是典型的复杂生态区,资源环境具有多样性和复杂性,且生态问题突出,建立具有层次结构的生态环境评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)分别对河北省内三个生态区及河北省整体生态环境质量进行度量,结果表明:1)2006—2014年,河北省生态环境质量处于较差水平,但综合得分呈波动上升趋势,生态环境状态逐步好转;2)河北省生态环境质量存在较明显的空间差异,坝上高原区生态环境质量得分较高,山地生态区次之,平原生态区承受生态压力较大,人地相互作用强度较高,生态环境状态最差;3)三个生态区生态环境时间特征明显,从生态系统、自然资源、生物多样性、生物灾害、食物保障度以及社会生态系统六个方面分析了生态环境质量的变化原因。
Ecological environment has a profound impact on the human living, which is one of hotspots in geographical research. Hebei Province is a complex ecological zone. This paper establishes the ecological environment assessment system with hierarchy, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to measure the ecological environment quality of three ecological zones and the whole Hebei Province, respectively. The results show that Hierarchical Model is suitable for ecological environmental quality evaluation in complex ecological zones. The ecological environmental quality has obvious spatial differences in Hebei Province. In the period of 2006-2014, the ecological environment quality in Hebei Province is worse, but the assessment indexes have been improving. The influencing factors mainly include ecological system, natural resources, biodiversity, biological hazards, food security degree and social-economy.
