摘要
我国社科类博士生毕业科研水平认定的标准和机制存在着明显的差异性和不合理性。若要从根本上解决这个博士生教育难题,国家、社会和学校就必须协同构建"以人为本"的考核与认定机制。对此,一要建立国家、社会、学校和学生四方参与的对接机制;二要实现毕业论文与期刊论文同步考核;三要推动学生自评与专家评定相结合;四要坚持"文""刊"与定量定性兼顾原则。
Our social science doctoral graduate research level identification standards and mechanisms exist obvious differences and irrationality.To solve this problem of doctoral education,state/society and university must build a ＂ people-oriented＂ evaluation and authorization mechanisms.So,first it is to establish bridging mechanism of the state/society/university and students to participate in the quartet.Second,we must realize thesis and journal articles synchronous assessment.Third,we must encourage students to combine self-assessment and expert assessment.Fourth,we must adhere to the ＂article＂ ＂Journal＂ /qualitative and quantitative assessment principles.
