实时荧光PCR检测食品中牛及猪源性成分 被引量:2

Bovine Derived Materials and Porcine Derived Materials Detecting with Real-time Fluorescence PCR

摘要 为快速检测出食用肉类中掺假物质,确保消费者切身利益,维持正常市场秩序,提升贵州省产品质量监督检验的检测能力,采用实时荧光定量PCR对猪源性成分和牛源性成分进行检测。结果表明:荧光PCR可以用来检测猪、牛等动物源性成分,且检测灵敏度为1%;荧光PCR检测动物源性成分提高了检测效率及灵敏度,降低了假阳性机率。 In order to rapidly detect adulterants in meat,ensure consumers' vital interests,maintain a normal market order and enhance the detectability of Guizhou Province Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute,the bovine derived materials and porcine derives materials were detected by using realtime quantitative PCR.Results:Real-time quantitative PCR was suitable for detecting bovine derived materials and porcine derives materials with detection sensitivity of 1%;Detection efficiency and sensitivity were enhanced and false positive rate was decreased.
