糖尿病患者白内障术后角膜上皮细胞功能障碍一例被引量：2

摘要男性,86岁,糖尿病病史20年,血糖控制平稳。白内障术前应用妥布霉素和左氧氟沙星滴眼液,各6次/日,连续使用36小时。于2015年6月3日行右眼白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术。术后给予妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏、普拉洛芬滴眼液、重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液各4次/日。术后1周内右眼无特殊不适,视力0.7。左眼于2015年6月8日行同样手术,围手术期用药同右眼,术后视力0.6。
