摘要
目的:探讨常规治疗基础上加用普拉洛芬眼液治疗角膜外伤后上皮缺损、水肿的疗效和安全性。方法:角膜外伤后角膜上皮缺损、水肿的门诊患者78例(78只眼)随机分为观察组和对照组各39例(39只眼)。对照组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液促进角膜上皮修复,左氧氟沙星滴眼液预防感染,观察组在对照组基础上加用普拉洛芬滴眼液。两组疗程均为7 d。比较两组患者角膜水肿消退时间、角膜创面上皮愈合时间,以及治疗前后自觉症状评分变化。结果:治疗后3,5,7 d,两组患者自觉症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者自觉症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组角膜水肿消退时间较对照组短(P<0.05),两组角膜创面上皮愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与常规治疗相比,加用普拉洛芬滴眼液可减轻角膜外伤患者的自觉症状,缩短外伤后角膜炎性水肿时间,且安全性好,值得在临床上推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops combined with conventional medication in the observation of epithelial defect and edema after corneal trauma. Methods：Seventy-eight patients （78 eyes） with cornea trauma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group have 39 patients （39 eyes）. Patients in the two group were treated with bFGF eye drops and left ofloxacin eye drops for infection prevention. The observation group were given pranoprefen eye drops additionally. The course of observation was 7 days. The time of corneal edema, and the repair of corneal defect, as well as symptom score were observed. Results：The symptom scores of two group in 3, 5, 7d after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the symptom scores of observation group in 3, 5, 7d were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05） ; The times of corneal edema in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant statistical difference in the repair of corneal defect between two groups. Conclusion： Pranoprofen eye drops exhibit safety and efficacy in treating corneal trauma. It could reduce the times of corneal edema without delaying corneal epithelial repair. It was worthy of clinical application.
