摘要
主要介绍配置DID氦离子化检测器、样品管道采取负压方式进样分析磷烷的原理及方法,一次进样同时检测出高纯磷烷中的微量杂质H_2、O_2+Ar、N_2、CH_4、CO、CO_2、Si H_4、As H_3。并验证方法的可行性。
Introduced the instrument with DID,and analysis principle and method for PH3 sample,and the method of subatmospheric pressure sampling. A method of detection the impurities H2,O2＋ Ar,N2,CO,CO2,Si H4,As H3 in PH3by which only single injection sampling. And validating its feasibility.
