摘要
通过对反吹系统和仪器工作条件的设计和优化,建立了一种利用气相色谱法分析六氟丁二烯中6种气相杂质的方法,并进行了验证实验。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现六氟丁二烯中H_(2)、O_(2)+Ar、N_(2)、CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)杂质的检测分析,检测限分别可达0.02×10^(-6)、0.01×10^(-6)、0.02×10^(-6)、0.01×10^(-6)、0.04×10^(-6)、0.02×10^(-6)。各组分峰面积的相对标准偏差均<5%,相对平均偏差均<2%,线性相关系数均>0.99。
Through the design and optimization of the back blowing system and the working conditions of the instrument,a method for the analysis of six gas phase impurities in hexafluorobutadiene by gas chromatography was established and verified by experiments.This method can achieve the detection and analysis of H_(2),O_(2)+Ar,N_(2),CO,CO_(2),CH_(4) impurities in hexafluorobutadiene.The detection limits are 0.02×10^(-6),0.01×10^(-6),0.02×10^(-6),0.01×10^(-6),0.04×10^(-6) and 0.02×10^(-6).According to the peak area of components,the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,the relative average deviation is less than 2%,and the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99.
