摘要
常规泡排施工中,泡排剂一般适用于90℃以下及矿化度小于100 000 mg/L的地层,阻碍了泡沫排水采气工艺在高温、高矿化度产水气井中的应用。针对高温、高矿化度产水气井的特点,通过深入研究表面活性剂理论,确立了通过阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂进行复配的方式来获得在高温、高矿化度下具有良好的起泡性、稳泡性以及携液速率的泡排剂GWJ。研究表明,在温度为160℃、矿化度为250 000 mg/L下,其初始起泡体积与泡沫半衰期分别达到1 860 m L和620 s,证明泡排剂GWJ具有优良的耐高温与耐高矿化度性,可以满足高温、高矿化度产水气井的泡排施工要求。
In normal foaming drainage work, foaming drainage agent is usually used in stratum under 90℃ with salinity less than 100 000 mg/L, hence hindering the application of foaming drainage gas recovery technology in high temperature and high salinity waterproducing gas wells. In view of high temperature and high salinity in water-producing gas wells and by profoundly studying the theory of surfactant, a kind of foaming drainage agent GWJ was developed by compounding anionic surfactant and cationic surfactant which has good foaming performance, foam stabilizing property and high liquid-carrying velocity under high temperature and high salinity. Study shows that, at a temperature of 160 ℃ and a salinity of 250 000 mg/L, its initial foaming volume and foam half-life period are 1 860 m L and 620 s respectively, proving that GWJ has good high temperature and high salinity resistance properties and can meet the requirement of foaming drainage work in water-producing gas wells of high temperature and high salinity.
