气井泡沫排液中使用的起泡剂,直接影响排液效率。气井条件不同(如含矿化水、凝析油或硫化氢),采用的起泡剂也不同。苏联、美国对起泡剂类型及其适应的气井条件作了深入研究。起泡剂除使用单一组份外,还采用了复合物。不仅使用液体起泡剂,也使用棒状起泡剂。四川气田也研究和应用了非离子型、阴离子型、两性表面活性剂以及复合物作为起泡剂。
In this article a comprehensive review is given on foaming agents for removing water from gas wells both abroad,mainly in USSR and USA,and in China (in Sichuan Gas Fields).Various surfactants including anionic,nonionic,and amphiprotic,are used simply as monocomponent foaming agents or compounded with foam-stabilizers and corrosion-inhibitors in liquid and solid (clubbed) forms.Each formulation is suitable for gas wells under certain conditions,e.g.wells containing mineralized water,oil condensate or hydrogen sulfide.
