摘要
目的对上消化道出血患者应用优质护理的效果以及体会进行分析总结。方法选取于2013年9月-2015年2月在我院接受治疗的上消化道出血患者125例,并随机分为对照组（61例）和实验组（64例）,对分别应用常规护理和优质护理的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的满意度评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,疾病知识的掌握率、治疗配合度均高于对照组（93.75%、95.31%vs.75.41%、77.05%）,10 d后复发上消化道出血率明低于对照组（7.81%vs.24.59%）,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论上消化道出血患者应用优质护理的效果十分理想。
Objective High-quality nursing effect on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is to be studied,and then summarize its nursing experience. Methods Chose 125 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to February 2015 and separated them into control group（61 patients）and study group（64 patients）at random,and then compared conventional nursing effect to high-quality nursing effect between two groups. Results Assessment scores of patients＇ satisfaction and life quality in study group were much higher than these in control group. Besides,patients＇ knowledge mastery and their cooperation with treatment in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group（93.75%、95.31% vs. 75.41%、77.05%）,and patients＇ upper gastrointestinal bleeding reoccurrence probability after 10 days was quite lower in study group than that in control group（7.81% vs. 24.59%）,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing is quite effective on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
