摘要
本试验旨在研究低聚壳聚糖和合生元对生长育肥猪的生产性能、血清指标及肌肉成分的影响。将60头体重为50kg左右的生长育肥猪随机分成3组,每组4个重复,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+40 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖、基础日粮+300 mg/kg合生元的试验日粮。结果显示,与对照组相比,低聚壳聚糖组和合生元组的平均日增重均有所提高,料重比有所降低,低聚壳聚糖组平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);低聚壳聚糖组和合生元组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05),低聚壳聚糖组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)含量显著提高(P<0.05);低聚壳聚糖组和合生元组眼肌中铅和镉含量显著降低(P<0.05),而肌肉营养成分无显著差异。由此可见,低聚壳聚糖和合生元均可保护生长育肥猪的肝功能、降低眼肌重金属含量,且低聚壳聚糖可提高平均日采食量和血清T_3含量。
The objective of this experiment was to study the effect of oligochitosan and synbiotics on growth performance,serum parameters and muscle composition of growing-finishing pigs.A total of 60growing-finishing pigs were randomly assigned to 3dietary treatments with 4replicates of 5pigs per replicate.Pigs were fed a basal diet(control group)and the same diet supplemented with 40mg/kg oligochitosan or 300mg/kg synbiotics,respectively.The results showed that oligochitosan and synbiotics slightly increased average daily gain and decreased feed/gain ratio of pigs compared with the control group,and oligochitosan significantly increased the average daily feed intake(P〈0.05).Oligochitosan and synbiotics significantly decreased serum ALT activity(P〈0.05),and oligochitosan increased serum T3content(P〈0.05).Both oligochitosan and synbiotics decreased lead and cadmium content in longissimus dorsi(P〈0.05),but nutrient composition did not differ among groups.It is concluded that oligochitosan and synbiotics can protect liver function and decrease heavy metal contents in longissimus dorsi,and oligochitosan can increase feed intake and serum T_3 content of pigs.
