摘要
在文科学报论文的标题、作者姓名以及作者单位的翻译中,由于受"GB/T7714-2005"(《文后参考文献著录规则》)及"GB/T7714-2015"(《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》)的影响,其翻译呈现极为混乱的状态,使学术期刊走向国际化的努力大打折扣。鉴于此,权威机构应该建立科学、合理的标准:回归常识、回归国际惯例。
Due to the influence of＂GB / T7714- 2005＂（ Rules for Content,Form and Structure of Bibliographic References） and ＂GB / T7714- 2015＂（ Information and Documentation- Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources）,the translation of titles for social science academic papers,the authors＇ names and author units is in an extremely chaotic state,in view of which,authorities should establish a scientific and rational standard： returning to common sense and resuming international routine practice.
