摘要
建立了PHLC-UVD测定酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A、B及斯皮诺素含量的方法。并对河北省北部地区和中南部地区8个不同采收时间酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A、B及斯皮诺素的含量进行测定。以期为确定河北产酸枣仁最佳采收期提供一些依据。研究发现,不同采收时间酸枣仁中有效成分含量差别很大。结果表明,河北中南部地区酸枣仁的较佳采收期为9月中旬,北部地区为10月中旬;河北中南部产酸枣仁质量较好。
A HPLC-UVD method for determination of Jujuboside A,B and Spinosin in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was established.Jujuboside A,B and Spinosin in the 8 different picking times Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from Northern Hebei and Central and Southern Hebei were determined.There were differences in the contents of the effective components in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae at different collecting time.The results showed that the optimal harvest time of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was mid-September in Central and Southern Hebei,mid-October in Northern Hebei.The quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from Central and Southern Hebei was good.
