酸枣仁油理化特性及脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:12

摘要 酸枣仁油用正己烷提取、经甲酯化法处理,GC-MS联用对其脂肪酸组成成分进行了分析和鉴定。经DB-1柱分离出23个峰,鉴定了其中20种化合物,占脂肪酸总含量的98.10%。其中饱和脂肪酸占31.55%,主要是棕榈酸及硬脂酸;不饱和脂肪酸占66.56%,主要是油酸及亚油酸。 Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil was extracted with n - hexane, and the extract was saponified and esterified. The chemical components of fatty acid were separated and identified by GC - MS. 23 fatty acids were separated and 20 fatty acids of them were identified, and their relative contents were 98.10%. The main components of the fatty acid in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil were oleic acid (45.03%), linoleic acid (17.16%), palmitic acid (12.75%), stearic acid (9.65%), arachidic acid(3.63%). The relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 66.56%.
